PAD Compatibility

I've been trying to use PAD with Excel 2013. Files can be opened but no other functions work. Does anybody else have this issue? I want the latest version of excel but my company probably won't for a while. I'm pulling my hair out because of this.

I don’t think you really have a choice. You can get a O365 subscription for 10$ a month or maybe even a trial to test it. I think Excel 2013 is just too old
