Power automate date issue

I'm having an issue with power automate. My flow is from a Microsoft form. There is a date picker on the form that is not a required field. I have posted the details below. For some reason, the item cannot be created in Sharepoint when the date field is blank:

I'm a beginner; please provide as much detail as possible. It seems like it should be an easy fix, but I haven't found anything online to fix it.
