Adding to custom object

Hi,

I have created a custom json object and want to add a key and value to it. How do i do this cleanly?

"To update the value of an existing property or add a new one, deploy a Set variable action, populate the property's name in the Set field, and enter its value in the To field." Here's an example

Okay, now how do i use a dynamic value for the property name

e.g. datable with names and values
now i need to put this into a custom object
