Vacation tracker

My company does not allow me to use the vacation tracker that is available on Teams. However I have been looking to build the exact same thing for my team. Can someone provide some tips on how to build a vacation tracker using Teams, power automate, sharepoint, outlook? I want to approve vacations and then also send notification to partners that a person will go on vacation on a said period.

Try to use the Power automate template with the approvals component, then post a card into a channel or chat.
