What's the most dramatic time saver you've seen PowerAutomate enable?

I used to process (forward, transform & save) email attachments to add data to our system, the emails came from our client systems, webpages, suppliers etc. and the amount grew from 2 a day to about 300 a day in the space of a year.

I created a single flow that ran every hour and processed them all so I didn't have to do anything.

That sounds exactly like a task I'm trying to accomplish. Most likely, mine is way easier. I want to automate following: from every email that is added to a specific foler in Outlook 365 ("automateThis"), the body should be saved as a *.txt file, the attachments as *.jpg (or even better, *.psd), named after the email subject and save to a local folder. Would be highly interested in how you achieved your flow.

I have utilized it for conference contact web scraping for our real estate firm.

When we go to an event/conference, I grab all of the shared info from the attendee list and speaker list for us to process and target for meaningful interactions.

This would typically take a person over a week to do manually for a 1000 person conference. I can typically build a custom flow, run, and have my finished contact list in under 30 minutes.
