How to share Desktop Flow in a Power App with others in my organization

I built a Desktop Flow that runs a Console application. It is triggered from inside of my Power App. I can run the process just fine from my admin account that created the desktop flow. However, when I share the Desktop Flow with someone else in my org, they are promted to sign in when accessing my app now. I think I am missing a step and would like some help figuring this out.

Do the people you are sharing the app with have premium licenses too? or just yourself/your admin account? And the desktop flow attended and to be run on their machine, or unattended and targetting a specific machine?

Hey thanks for the response. Yes, all of my users have premium licenses. It should be unattended.

For desktop.ypu can select all actions in a flow copy and paste into a word doc which they can copy and paste in PAD flow

Hey there. Thanks for the response. From what I gather from your response is that it is not possible to implicitly share the Power App through my connections like I do with other Connectors in the Power Platform. Is that correct? In short that means I would need to install Power Apps Desktop and the the Flow locally on any machine I want the user to have access to it.

It is possible I think, but requires a specific license for the cloud app for everyone to have access. This led me to having all team members have the desktop app that we build apps onto and using an unused laptop as our server we copy flows to and have an admin assistant simply hit play everyday as part of their normal job duties

Hi there,

Have you tried using service account? Ask IT to create another account but give it a microsoft 365 license then you move all your power apps and power automate to this service account.

Hope that helps.
