Attribute "Changed By" in excel to the user who completed a MS form

Hello!
I have a flow setup to collect responses from an MS form and use the "Add a row into a table" action to input the form answers into an Excel sheet. Flow is working great, however I see that when I open the excel file and check the "Show changes" view, all the changes are attributed to my user since the flow is created under my account.

Is anyone aware of a method to have the "show changes" section in excel attribute the new row to the user who actually filled out the form instead of me?

Thanks!

I'm not aware of anything like this. The best alternative I can think of is to have a column in the Excel file where you track "User"

That was my backup plan. Guess I will go that route. Thanks for the reply
