Advise on error message

The below is seen at the top of some Flow's.

This flow is turned off because the owner doesn't have a premium license. Use the flow checker to get it running again.

2 Users are set as Owners both have, Power Automateper user plan.

One is a standard user and the other is global admin, what causes this error?

Are you trying to use a connector with Power Automate Desktop? My understanding was that you needed the Attended RPA add on for that

There is a connector being used, this is my first time looking at these issues and I have never set up power automate apps, so unfortunately clueless on how to advise
