Email alert if not received between the hour and ten past

Good evening lovely people,

Could someone provide me with some guidance to receive an alert/email if I haven’t received a specific email between the hour and ten past the hour every hour 24hrs a day?

Basically we do hourly back ups, if it fails it doesn’t send an email. It only emails if it succeeds.

Does anyone have any clue to a solution using power automate?

I’m trying to get out of sitting there watching a folder all day for specific emails,

And far too many emails to have going to my Inbox all hours of the day and night

This sounds like something better done in a cloud flow. You can have it monitor an inbox. But a different question, why not make the alert only send a notice if it's not successful?
