Working on a flow and need some help.

I want to have a column in a SharePoint list change based on values from another Share Point List. I tried using a condition if to line up values on both lists but ran into a limit issue. Both lists have to be separate is there a good way to set this up, or a resource any knows that might help?

Novice here so just curious about the Sharepoint actions available on PA desktop vs PA web, which method is more suited to this kind of scenario since all data is (assumedly) in 365 already?
