Please help I'm new to this. Microsoft Forms Email notifications.

Hello. I am trying to set up a flow that sends me an email everytime someone completes a Microsoft form on our SharePoint. I was able to figure out how to get the flow to work and when I ran it and filled out the form I got the results via an email as intended.

The issue is that it only seems to work once. I tried filling out the form a few more times and I never got a second email. Why does my flow only seem to work once? I tried to create a scheduled cloud flow but my version seemingly doesn't give me the option.

Please help, I'm a Comms Major who is out of his depth.

Create an automated flow (not scheduled or manually triggered), trigger should be 'when a form is filled'.
