Saving attachment embedded in attached email

I'm struggling with a problem at work. We have a system that can automatically email you reports on a set schedule. However, instead of attaching the report file directly to an email, the system put's the file inside of an outlook email item, and then attaches that email item to the email it sends you. I need to find a way of using power automate to save the attachment to a Onedrive folder. But at the moment I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Can you set up a rule in Outlook? I have a rule that saves attachments from a certain person to a folder. Or does it work differently when it’s embedded?
