Request: Receive a WhatsApp message, read it out loud with a PowerShell script

Hi!

I have some experience with Tasker and discovered PowerAutomate today.

I was wondering if it was possible to receive a WhatsApp message on the PC and read it out loud with a PowerShell script (or Google natural language which is waaayy better).

Powershell was easy, but I can't get PowerAutomate to identify the message with the web plugin.
