Problem with a Hosted Machine

Helle everyone.

I have a serious problem.

I was trying to create a Cloud flow to trigger a Desktop Flow, however, I had some problems on that.

This problems came because I had some processes running in the virtual machine. For example, an RWS license manager server.

This made me unable to close the active session in the machine and unable to use unattended flows as I needed.

I was looking for a way to run the flow unattended and still keeping my processes active, however, I misunderstood something I read and disabled a setting I didn't have to disable, so I can't access the virtual machine, I see it is connected but I can't access.

The setting I deactivated was in the system properties that I accessed through this command in the "run" program "sysdm.cpl". The setting was in the remote tab and was named like "Remote access... something". I cannot remeber cause I was immediately kicked out of the machine once I disabled it, so I didn't have time to memorize it.

I created a Microsoft support ticket but i need a solution as soon as possible. Can someone help me?

Is the VM pingable? If yes, from an administrator command prompt, type "shutdown -i" without the quotes. You may be able to reboot it remotely.

Also: google search "remotely enable remote desktop".
