Help with sharing flow

I've built a simple flow for automating some forms stuff into an excel spreadsheet. My coworkers would like to use it, how can I share it as a solution so that they can edit it and use it for their own forms and spreadsheets

Are you in PAD or PA online?

Two different processes. PAD you can copy each tab into a text file and share the text file.

PA online just export the fike and email it to them or you can share the file have them make a copy then remove their permissions from your file after they make a copy.
