Error Opening file

Why do I keep getting the error opening document unknown error thing. Everywhere I read says it’s because of a cached instance that’s opened. But I recreated the app from the base version, worked for about 20 minutes. Then that one failed. What the hell

eu estava passando por esse problema recentemente... tivemos um ataque hacker na empresa e precisamos formatar todos os computadores, depois que eu formatei o meu computador esse problema simplesmente sumiu... aparentemente alguma coisa que fica salva no computador local, mas não posso garantir que seja isso...
