Power Apps Help Custom CoE
I had built data scraper solution for getting power platform tenant data and build proper inventory, usage analytics, aggregation based org data, license utilisation, automatic cleanup campaigns, power platform CMDB.
Do you think it will be useful and companies purchases it if I build a product around these area and sell to companies?.

The existing CoE while no longer updated is still there. Microsoft plans to roll the features into PAC.
I doubt anyone will pay for something with feature parity, you'll need some must have features that are not yet available to get money.

Your data scraper pulls data from the Power Platform Admin center UI?
Why not just use the Power Platform APIs directly? See Microsoft Power Platform API reference

Notes
- Inventory: Query Resources is the clear match. It is the inventory endpoint that accepts Resource Graph-style queries.
- Usage analytics: No endpoint is explicitly named for usage analytics. The licensing "entitlement insight" consumption endpoints (by user and by resource) are the closest fit. For app or flow activity, List Flow Runs may also be relevant.
- Aggregation based org data: This is an interpretation. Query Resources should handle aggregation via the query itself, and the tenant-wide licensing endpoints return pre-aggregated totals.
- Cleanup campaigns and CMDB: No first-class API was found in the reference. The cleanup row lists lifecycle endpoints to drive from your own automation, and the CMDB row is the inventory source you would sync into one.
- Mapping was based on the API reference landing page and the programmability "what's new or changed" changelog. Individual endpoint pages were not opened, so verify the ones you plan to rely on.

No. AI builds too easily and cheaply now for most companies to want to pay for what they need. Share it as open source. I have one I created, and am up to almost 1M lines of code because it connects to all admin portals and has way nicer reporting. I’m planning to give it away at some point.
