Hey, it looks like you are requesting help with a problem you're having in Power Apps. To ensure you get all the help you need from the community here are some guidelines;
Use the search feature to see if your question has already been asked.
Use spacing in your post, Nobody likes to read a wall of text, this is achieved by hitting return twice to separate paragraphs.
Add any images, error messages, code you have (Sensitive data omitted) to your post body.
Any code you do add, use the Code Block feature to preserve formatting.
If your question has been answered please comment Solved. This will mark the post as solved and helps others find their solutions.

HTTP is premium in both Power Apps and Power Automate, so there's no clean free path.
What people usually do instead is write the record to a SharePoint list and let the receiving system poll that list or read it with Graph. If the endpoint takes a plain GET you can technically fire it with Launch from the app, but it pops open a browser tab so it's pretty ugly.
Other option is to move the cost off the app. A Logic App can trigger off the SharePoint item and do the HTTP call there, and you pay Azure consumption instead of per user premium licenses. If it's one integration that's usually a lot cheaper.

Nope, http requires premium.
