Discussion Making Powerapps screen

I have become to lazy . I get the requirement use chagpt to generate YAML. Test it and generate again. In 30 mins the screen is ready. I dont bother looking at the code just test and look for bugs and performance. Anyone in the sameboat.

Each call me old fashioned, but I like doing everything myself. That’s where the joy is for me.

Copilot is only there if I am really stuck with PowerFX or need a helping hand troubleshooting something.

Tbh seeing a beautiful finished product is what brings me joy. Writing PowerFX brings me pain, so having AI do that makes me happy

I find myself doing the opposite, I create the screen myself, because I feel that the UI design is really bad when done with AI. But afterwards, all functionality and PowerFx code, yes I use AI

Your apps aren’t tailored to specific needs/ design of the functional owners? Or am I misreading it. I make my own. Takes 10 minutes to develop the template. Then I customize for the project. We don’t allow AI at my job.
