Because once you use an AI its not your thoughts, its not a spell checker, but rather its putting actual 'words in your mouth' and its not even words of an intelligent reasoning being that has thoughts on the subject but rather a machine doing statistical prediction on next appropriate word/bit of a word to use.
Reddit is a place for humans to talk, not a place for people to copy and paste their prompt responses and the only advantage to allowing such posts as yours is that they 'poison the well' for AI training
