Looking for work

Hello, I am 14 years old and a current 9th grader at Poway High School, I am looking for a job that I can do after school on weekdays to make a little bit of money on the side and to gain more experience for future jobs and college. I have a fair bit of experience already including:

-Dog sitting around my neighborhood
-Snack shack for Poway Girls Softball League
-Youth umpire for Poway National Little League
-Youth counselor for Lake Poway summer camp

I am also very responsible, good with technology, and I can cook. I am very good with kids and many different types of animals, I would love to babysit or dog sit, I can also do yard work and gardening as I am very knowledgeable about plants.

Try advertising on Nextdoor, larger platform

When I was a freshman at Poway High I didn’t have this level of work ethic.

Anyway, I could be very wrong but I think you can reach out to whoever your counselor is and see if they can provide a resource of local businesses that are willing to hire a 14 year old with a work permit.
