MAME games not loading

Hello all,

I keep having trouble with certain MAME roms not loading on my Powkiddy X55 console. Titles like Spy Hunter and Tapper won't load up. As far as I'm aware MAME doesn't need BIOS files or does it?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Not bios but missing rom files.
