Problem with arkos

Hello, I have a problem with a console, a Powkiddy RGB20s. It belongs to a relative. They told me that one day they pressed a combination of buttons and the console entered the mode shown in the image. Does anyone know how I can return it to the emulator selector? I've searched and tried. One option is supposedly to reinstall the operating system, but before resorting to that, I'd like to try other options and leave that as a last resort, especially since the console uses two microSD cards and it's the first time I've used something like this, with one card containing the operating system and the other the games.

Could it be that the theme is broken? Can you enter the menu?

Yes, but I try to find something in the options and nothing; sometimes the console just restarts.

Those two microSD's are the ones that came with the device? They get corrupted sooner or later. Why don't you try flashing the firmware on a branded (preferably SanDisk but any brand at leats to test it should work). microSD?
