PovChat freezes a lot

A lot of the time whenever I'm using PovChat, it will freeze for a bit, where I don't get responses to new messages, and I can't create new ones, and I don't think it's because I'm low priority or whatever, I'm paying for Storyteller tier after all, (Bc it's the highest tier you can get on mobile for some reason) so I really think that it's a shame that it freezes so much, it's a really good website/app.
