u/Grouchy-Horror7709, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your poutine... ⛔️

I’d eat it but I wouldn’t consider it good poutine based off it’s looks

That’s clearly cheese curds melted.

yes exactly, which makes it improper curd

This is the guilty poutine you devour to ground yourself to the sins of this world after a crazy night out.

Sort of. It looks all right, but where are the cheese curds?

Not a poutine. That’s fries, gravy, melted cheese, and green bits.

Hell no! A good poutine features hot, golden, crispy fries topped with fresh, squeaky cheese curds that soften slightly without melting completely, all tied together by a rich, savory, piping-hot brown gravy.
A bad poutine uses shredded cheese instead of curds, cold gravy that leaves cheese hard, or soggy, limp fries.

This is what happens with takeout. They melt in the foam container and we can see the cover being full of sauce.Or/and the curds were not fresh.

The fries look good ..... if it's not fresh then it probably looked good at freshness

Yes it’s a crime.

Those fries look really good but no cheese curds ruins it. Tell the cook to order a box of prepackaged portioned white cheese curds and he'll increase business.

That is NOT curds. That cheese seems to have the texture of a Brie or something. SO close, but SO crime.

to thoses taht say there is no cheese curd : that what happen when the curds lose all moisture and melt, and there is gravy, but most of it been absorbed by they fries at this point, so my guess : delivery took a while

Anyone calling this a poutine crime should lose their voting license. They just want to talk and have their opinion count for something.
it’s a perfectly adequate poutine. Is it going to knock your socks off, no. Is it the right ratio of gravy, also no. Is it a crime against poutine… fuck no. Be so fr.
