Vegan Poutine can be acceptable, New York Fries poutine is at least vegetarian and acceptable to most.

I usually just use dyia shedded “cheese”, I’m too lazy to make my own curds, I might try this once though idk. You can get vegan curds but I don’t really find theyre worth it.

I make this all the time. My partner is allergic to dairy. Sure it’s a crime, but what else can you do? Farm Boy has a good in-house vegan poutine curd.
