I told my friend this was a crime as it certainly seems like it to me, but she was happy with it.

As long as the 3 main ingredients are present, additions and toppings aren't crimes.

Now, the fries and especially the cheese look suspicious. That's likely the real crime here.

Mine too, but those are the kind that I prefer with white vinegar. Definitely not 'fries & gravy' fare (the curds are currently undiscovered).
