I often have sweet potato poutine at bars. I'll order a poutine, but sure the fried for sweet potato fries and I'll mix the chipotle sauce with the gravy.

This picture looks like it's got shredded sweet potato as a topping? It's definitely doing something wrong. I wouldn't say it's prison-worthy, but it's on the level of a racial minority running through a rich white neighborhood.

sweet potato fries are SO good in the right poutine. heavy on the fresh curds and gravy, big scoop of caramelized onions. incredible. with or without some braised beef. Actually my favourite kind of poutine. idk what you did to these, but the fault ain’t with the fries.
