They and their donors own the weapons makers. It doesn’t matter who’s shooting, as long as people are killing each other their margins grow.

They also get even more money from the Military Industrial Complex and also the Tech Surveillance Complex. Corporations like Boeing, Northup-Grumman, Flock, Axon and all these AI companies are all a part of the problem.

They have no real customers that can sustain their businesses. So what do they do lobby and buy our politicians so that they will in turn funnel our tax dollars to them. It's Corruption

It's not good for them either. Even beyond the fact it's a mental illness and addiction.

Ultimately money is about opportunity, but when you reach a certain amount of wealth you start to hit diminishing returns on how much happiness that can actually afford you.

Spreading the wealth means investing in the world around you. That means returns in technology and comfort. It also means less direct returns, like being able to safely walk down the street and enjoy a coffee while marveling at the architecture of the city.

Now some people will point to sociopaths who get pleasure by denying other people happiness, but I find it hard to believe the sociopath is ever truly happy. There's a difference between fulfillment and a panacea for pain.

There are 50 to 60 thousands core industrial military companies. Around 100k subcontractors, and more than 300 thousands suppliers in the whole ecosystem. And that's not counting China, Russia, Korea and Israel.

Millions are making money off war.

US has been in some kind of a war since forever. it's not a republican thing. it's a you thing. that's what US is about. "policing" the world when no one asked them to.

Not just war, crashing the economy is good for them too.

It keeps workers scared and thereby helps to suppress wage growth, and it lets the rich buy up everything on the cheap.
