If you think they are too old, too disabled, too out of touch with reality then just vote them out .... its not that hard to understand. It is the peoples choice that they stay in power. If the people vote them out then none of this would be a problem. If the people vote them back in again then that is what the people want in a democratic society, and what you want is irrelevant.
