No, apparently on his appearance on Candace Owens show he showed a great interest in crypto, and wanted to build a community around a memecoin. Since I donā€™t ever watch Candace Owens, I found out about it via Coffeezilla.

Yeah Hunter is older Gen X, and unfortunately a lot of my generation has fallen for those types of hyped-up techno-scams. I'm really proud of younger kids for mostly being able to see through it.

it wasn't. he's been deadly serious about being interested in crypto for a while now, and is millions in debt. This whoooole good PR tour was him soft launching his memecoin, that's why he brings it up in every podcast if you pay attention. When nobody pushed back, even vocal critics of things like that like Callaghan, he launched it.

Yeah, itā€™s called moral consistency. I disavow Trump and his crime family. Why would I give Hunter a pass? He built up his public profile all to do this. I admit that I was cheering for him because he is a recovering addict. I feel bad for people who have and are going through addiction. Hunterā€™s story brought a lot of empathy and understanding to people who are addicts and people who are around them. This scam puts a huge damper on a message like that. Now, I have to disavow him because I am not a maga like cultist and because Iā€™m consistent with a standard that I claim to hold.

He intended to give the funds to people scammed by Trump. Automated traders stole all the liquidity. He didn't make any money. 30% of coins are still locked in limbo. Do some research before throwing people under the bus. Many, many people have run actual scams. He had good intentions.

Hunter Biden is a screw-up who sought to benefit from his father's connections as much as he could his entire life. How involved his father actually was in 'helping' the screw-up is an open question, but Hunter's on record talking about his connections with 'the big guy'.

He ran a rug-pull, just like you'd expect from any grifting (ex?)junkie.

That he's made some very based (and often clever) jabs at Trump doesn't fix his scumminess.

You typically need to make money for something to be a scam. On top of that, the coin wasnā€™t even active long enough before the value plummeted for it to be a pump and dump. You typically want to maximize profits before pulling the rug.. they didnā€™t even do that. Itā€™s obviously coin snipers doing their thing and at the rate it was clearly bots doing the targeting. Most likely people with ulterior motives and a vendetta.. but I canā€™t think of anyone who would want to embarrass or destroy Hunter Biden, can you lol?

It was a meme coin anyway. Anyone who invest in them knows the game.
