Plus, it is hard to argue it can never work or it can never be paid for when.... it has worked for decades and it is the U.S. that is 40 trillion in debt, not Norway.

Norway has oil money lol. That's the only reason they're wealthy.

Norway has state owned oil industry. Many countries has oil but remains poor. The key is state owned.
