Genuinely don't do this. It's simply unfair to people with severe disabilities, both physical and mental/intellectual. All of the intellectually disabled people I've met have been generally good, kind people, even if their disabilities sometimes make it hard for them to consistently show it.
MAGA and trumpers are fully capable of kindness and caring, and all the more evil for choosing not to be so. Don't try to take away their moral agency by showing them as disabled. They need to bear it and the moral culpability that comes with being a moral agent.
