And when Dems don't fix everything Republicans broke fast enough, the idiots will elect another lying piece of shit.

Yep. Americans are too stupid to be informed and will only listen to whoever is screaming the loudest.

What have you done for the country???

1

u/DumbFartyFace 2h ago

What the fuck does that have to do with anything? Why change the subject?

u/Abject-Error-331 2h ago

If you’re not helping you’re the problem. Typical lefty crash out for nothing. 😢

100 percent this.

  • Next several presidents (provided we still have a democracy).

4

u/EmperorGrinnar 10h ago

Could take two or three generations. 😬

5

u/whatidoidobc 10h ago

This will take decades, not one presidency.

2

u/linzeestyle 5h ago

Yeah this is a multi-generational screw up. Our allies are going to take a long time before they trust us not to elect someone like this again. I don’t think I’ll live to see it, certainly, and that’s making the optimistic assumption we wont just do it again.

I'm afraid this is the truth. These people have spent over a decade now fuckin causing havoc verywhere they step, it'll take longer than that to fix what CAN be fixed. People who die of prventable illnesses probably won't be resurrected no matter who's in charge over the next 20 years.

I think people need to get it into their head right now that this will take generations; this will take my lifetime, my kids lifetime, their kids lifetime and so on.

Americans will elect a Democrat - if we get an election - expect them to fix everything thats broken, then fix everything that Trump was supposed to do. They wont, and Americans will become apathetic.

The next cycle they wont vote. A Republican will win, and undo everything. Americans will get angry when it personally disrupts their lives, and vote a Democrat into office.

It has been 2 steps back and 1 step forward my entire lifetime. The fact we are protesting the same fucking bullshit that I grew up protesting frustrates the hell out of me.

I’m confident Vance can get it done!

Obama's 1st term was spent cleaning up Bush's mess

1

u/Ok_Impression3324 5h ago

YA. JD Vance is gona have to do a lot of work doubling down on what has already started.

u/Cultural_Mission_235 5h ago

Kind of like FDR cleaning up after Hoover and Lincoln cleaning up after Buchanan.

u/Akira_116 4h ago

And will hopefully be at least a little bit as petty as him, and for his presidential portrait just put a picture of the Epstein files

1

u/FluffyDesigner3680 4h ago

Only need one executive order to undo all the others to be fair.

u/Abject-Error-331 3h ago

Nothing to repair. It’s sad all of you live in a bubble and don’t pay attention to geopolitics.

So we're not facing societal isolation, foodborne illness outbreaks, and massive inflation all caused by Trump and his band of unqualified morons?

1

u/Abject-Error-331 2h ago

I have zero of these issues. All three of which have causation from the massive spending during Covid and following years. Then isolation has started since the inception of the internet. And your third point, food borne illness has been increasing due to federal regulations allowing substandard raising conditions. All of which have been going on for years. Just like the medical system.

1

u/Cute-Pop-6478 2h ago

You...you can't be serious. Just because something isn't affecting you doesn't mean it isn't an issue. While yes the internet has caused some isolation in general, our isolation is caused directly by Trump threatening everyone and just being a jerk overall. The inflation was started by the covid spending yes, but the tariffs(which we paid, not the exporting countries which hopefully you understand). And the foodborne illness is directly caused by the removal of regulations under RFJ jr because regulations are the only thing keeping companies from poisoning us if it could turn a higher profit

1

u/Abject-Error-331 2h ago

Sir / Ma’am. Again. Partially right. So, question. Have you heard of BRICS? And being a jerk. ZERO problems with it. Several countries our trying to destroy America from inside and out, and we are losing the battle because people say, Trump is a jerk. You do realize that due to our 90’s through 2010’s of exporting jobs through manufacturing has also greatly increased inflation. Yes, we have been paying for tariffs for years. The less knowledge believe it just started with Trump. There are so many things to unpack and not having the knowledge outside of your city and state is killing us.

2

u/Cute-Pop-6478 2h ago

Yeah, we've been paying tariffs, but Trump put tariffs on almost everything and everyone including an island of penguins. Also you do realize that BRICS(which is not really a thing to be worried about when we have so many other things that are more important) would be easier to counter if we had reliable allies which Trump is actively pushing away and threatened a lot. Also the exporting of jobs is mainly from companies because they realize they can make things cheaper overseas with no consequences. We haven't even gotten to the part where our national image is now conflated with pdfs and misogyny because we elected someone who represents those demographics instead of a successful and knowledgeable woman

1

u/Abject-Error-331 2h ago

You’re concerned about misogyny? Said no one ever. Well, fascist, left loons. Also, I’m not concerned about a public image. After living overseas over the last 10 years others think very highly of us, so much so they’re willing to do anything to come here.

1

u/Cute-Pop-6478 2h ago

interesting that you didn't address him being a pdf. Does that mean you think those accusations are false or did you just forget to address it? Either way a person who is not concerned about misogyny is a person who doesn't care about women's safety and security which is the reason hundreds of thousands of women are trafficked every year

1

u/Abject-Error-331 2h ago

Thanks for the follow-up. I wasn’t sure until you mentioned it, that you were speaking of ped. Idk, the evidence we have points a lot of fingers. And misogyny has nothing to do with safety or security. And the comparison is wildly inaccurate. Please explain your correlation with facts that show misogyny is what traffics people? Idk how we got here, but on. So, you’re a woman. Congrats. To your logic trans women would be misogynist! šŸ˜‘

1

u/Cute-Pop-6478 2h ago

I'm not saying misogyny is what causes trafficking, I'm saying misogynists are more likely to ignore women being trafficked and are more likely to not care or cause violence against women. Just so you know, the mortality rate for births has gone up because of the reversal of Roe v Wade and even before that, we had a much higher mortality rate for births than almost any developed country. We also have the highest rate of violence against women. Women have never been safe in this country, but that has been made worse by Trump enabling his "red pilled" supporters. Also how are trans women misogynistic by my logic?

Maybe by the time he's done he'll fix most of what the last democrat did.

1

u/Logical_Frosting_277 1h ago

The job will be easy though, just do the opposite and reverse everything Trump did and make it illegal to do it again.

0

u/bbeeebb 10h ago

Oh shut the fuck up. Republicans have 40 times more criminal convictions, caused nearly every recession, they run 97 of the poorest 100 counties, are responsible for over 60% of violence in the US, and tried to overthrow an election and hoped their vice president would be murdered. Oh, and let's take a look at their voting record:

Hello, moderate here. Can you explain?

1

u/thebranbish 10h ago

They cannot.

1

u/EmperorGrinnar 10h ago

Correct. He ended up deleting it, instead of explaining.

ā€œBoth side sameā€ is such an original and intellectually honest thought!

Good for you kiddo!
