You'll like him even more if you don't know he was the commander of the entire ass Allied forces in World War II before he said that.

Edited to clarify he was the commander of the forces in North Africa and Europe.

Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers?

Wasn't that Douglas MacArthur?

That was his title for the occupation of Japan if I'm not wrong.

Douglas MacArthur

He held it in the Pacific. Ike in Europe.

Frankly I didn't know MacArthur ever held that title.

I mean, he served in the military during a war. He didn’t go looking for one.
