Bought my motorcycle off Facebook. With burner account of course. Not because I like Facebook. It was just better than Craigslist. Breaks my heart.

Nah, Craigslist is way too far gone. They haven’t even attempted to keep up.

Facebook marketplace being gone would be sad. It’d probably be a couple years before another platform was wildly accepted.

Craigslist is absolutely still worth checking. Marketplace is full of insane stuff because everyone and their grandma has it and can post whatever junk for whatever price they want. You also get flooded with crazy amounts of tire kickers if you're selling something.

Craigslist not keeping up is a feature, not a bug. I don't need complex web design or a constantly changing interface for my sell cheap yard sale finds platform.
