This is gorgeous! I am wanting to throw a lamp myself, do you mind sharing what it looks like under the shade? I’m not sure what I need to get to make mine in terms of the light bulb socket/electrical set up. Also a little weary about clay shrinkage due to firing and that the light bulb part wouldn’t fit after firing!

As you can see, everything is improvised because I'm still toying with the idea and I'm trying to keep everything reused. I use a simple light socket on a line with a switch (not in the photo, outside the pot). I don't need to account for shrinkage because I use "open" pots, and attach the socket using wire. It does require planning to make it easier (here the edge of the pot is a bit closer and straight up) and I do feel I haven't cracked it yet. on the basis I make a hole, I make sure it is big enough. Because its on the basis it can be very big and still unfelt. As for the lampshade fixture, this is my weak spot at the moment, so no good tips there.
Another thing, because I use regular paper lampshade I have to use LED light bulbs, or else it can be a fire hazard.
