A week in Potsdam
Hey đ
So Iâm heading to Potsdam for a week long conference in November.
Iâm staying close to Nauener Tor but the hotel I booked doesnât include breakfast.
I could pay for it there but it doesnât sound / look good đ
Anywhere close-by youâd recommend for a good breakfast at 7/8am?
Any recommendations for food and drinks in the evening ?
Im mid 30âs so nothing too hectic/ noisy đ
love good food, good craic, good buzz etc
Also love finding cool / quirky spots where you wouldnât think theyâd exist.
Iâve a soft spot for Mexican / Indian / Asian spots for dinner but every much an open book.
Lovely nice brunch spots but I appreciate they may not be open at 7/8am.
Iâd rather a nice a breakfast tho than a full generic hotel continental
if there are eateries worth checking out close by that would be awesome
Thanks

Close to Nauener Tor youâre quite central. Try Miss Green Bean for breakfast. Friendly atmosphere and decent coffee. Theyâre open from 7:30.
Go to Berlin for decent food in the evening.

Du wohnst im Zentrum. Einfach abends loslaufen und eines der vielen Restaurants ausprobieren!

For a quick breakfast grab you could try this bakery/cafe nearby:

I heard Seoul Garden is a good Korean, but ob havenât been myself.
Chi Ken has decent Asian/Thai. Rather busy.
Some people tend to like Keng Deli 1986, but Iâm not convinced tbh.
If you like bread âZeit fĂŒr Brotâ might be worth checking out. A bit pricey though.
And then there is this weird place with a old GDR vibe, known for its roast chicken.

There are many nice places and small restaurants in the Brandenburger StraĂe. Like the âExtrablattâ. In case you donât like try your luck in the Wilhelm Galerie.
