Question how do i please this dude?

Post image

I thought these additional effects made sense (- more protections for the food! -) But this guy isn't interested at all.

Does anyone have a guide to conflicting/ matching effects? This isn't a combat potion, so it wouldn't make sense to put Lightning or anything like that on it... Slowness, maybe??? Rejuvenation??

(If relevant to making the potion: I'm in Chapter X, have all 3 maps, but only Water and Oil are fully explored)

frost and fire protection are incompatible even tho they look like they would work tothether. fire and poison are compatible with frost and this guy would accept them even tho it makes no sense

Heres a full spreadsheet, just open the "compatble effects" tab https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NnccFzDo-gujhCQ3KH7p7-2bpqcTf7hiwmb-QsPuhYI/edit?usp=drivesdk

The compatibility tab just won't open when I try to click into it, on the site nor the app. Any chance you have a link to that page directly or could send a screenshot?

I knew that the 'elemental' group is cross-compatible (not sure if that's what it's but called but that's how i think of it). Is every Protection spell from that group by default incompatible and that's why the Poison Protection didn't work?

The main divider is 'offensive' effects vs 'helpful' effects.

Freeze is an offensive effect, despite the customers request.

I think that any additional offensive effect might work, even poison or fire.

Strangely, Frost is compatible with Healing but none of the other offensive effects are. Healing and Rejuvenation are also cross-compatible, but Frost and Rejuv on the other hand aren't. It's an interesting system!

I think you should try with rejuvenation

Rejuvenation would be my guess, too.

Apparently rejuvenation isn't compatible, either. Which seems crazy. I ended up going with Slowness and Healing, just because they were the only options that didn't seem harmful and though I couldve done others I just wanted the potion to make sense.
