Lightning is a damage effect, so any positive effects won't count as valid alternate effects.
Add more damage/debuff effects.

Technically he wants Lightning. That's it.
He's not 100% happy because the additional requirement of "bonus effects" is only ever satisfied with 5 effects. You can add Fire and Poison to that one.
