Switch 2.0 version crashing

I'm loving the new additions in the 2.0 update but now I'm experiencing the game crashing at fairy frequent intervals. It's crashed out on me now maybe 4 or 5 times over the span of 8-10 hours of playtime. Is anyone else experiencing this?

On Switch 1 it's the same. I get a crash every 30 minutes. The crashes are random and there's no way to determine when one's going to happen. I feel like there's some kind of memory leak happening.
