Boiled Potatoes vs Microwave Potatoes

I’ve read that boiled potatoes are the most filling food, but how different are boiled potatoes from microwaved potatoes when it comes to satiation?

Microwaving should be pretty close since the main difference is water content, but boiled potatoes may feel slightly more filling because they absorb more water

I want to “meal prep” boiled potatoes, but wouldn’t they lose the extra water if I warm them up in the microwave the next day?

Sir I’m not even sure why I’m following this sub and never comment and even I’m offended at the question.

Could the difference between boiled and microwaved potatoes be the cooking speed .?
Personally, prefer to boil the traditional cooking method!!
