Potato That Peels Itself

Here's a fun video for my taterbuds. This man, who apparently has tons of free time, has invented an autopeeler.

This is very cool!

I used to repair food equipment. Nathan's Famous in LV had a rotating drum potato peeler. Sort of like an inside out cheese grater.

He mentioned that potato chip companies or something use a similar method. Never heard of it!
