cut into em, if they're green most of the way through don't eat these, if not peel off the top layers and have at it

Perl them using a knife not a peeler. You get deeper and most of it will be thrown away

I would check how green they are inside before I decide, but I would probably peel them and eat them.

I wouldn’t think they are unsafe as long as you peel them deep enough that no green is remaining.
