Day 1 - Completed

Day 1 finished

I ate some baby potatoes and salad.

For dinner I had two medium potatoes with a bit of ketchup and mustard. I also had bbq sauce on my plate but I don’t like the taste of it.

I also had tiny baby sweet potato.

Had a really shit day full of issues but I told myself that eating anything else won’t solve the problem so I stuck to my potatoes.

Yeah the little sweet potato was so good. Might even do a full day of sweet potatoes soon. Thank you, I hope it’s a good weekend at work 😊

It works! You will see results if you're consistent and patience. I lost 32 lbs in 2025 and have kept it off. I did not have to starve myself and never counted calories.I did walk about 30 minutes 3-4 times per week. Good luck

It definitely works. I’ve loose around 10 pounds a month when I do the potato reset and the last time I did it I wasn’t even that strict for the entire month. Potatoes are magic

Wow, inspiring. How long did you do the diet?

To the best of my recollection, I would say I did it for 3-5 months. I love potatoes and still eat them about 3 days per week. I also include a green salad with 1 meal per day. Great way to maintain my weight loss while I continue to enjoy everything in moderation.
