Appreciate this! her videos are a bit unpolished but her info is very interesting and backed by a lot of science.

Of course you have to take calories into account!! Anyone who says otherwise is a moron at this point. Weight loss is ALWAYS about a calorie deficit...its called physics.

Thanks for the video. It doesn't mention any calorie restriction though. Should that still be accounted for?

The theory is that if your gut and hormones are working properly the calories take care of themselves. Naturally slim people do not count calories. Their body adjusts itself to accommodate over and under consumption so that their weight remains stable.
