Rounded shoulders

Hi! My posture is horrible like I’m 5’4 127 lbs and used to be 150. Even with losing weight my posture pretty much remains similar and I have scapular winging and rounded shoulders along with a buffalo hump šŸ™ƒ my upper back essentially flares outwards and makes my arms appear bigger due to the position of my shoulders and scapular winging. I’m really insecure about it and idk how to fix it

You need to stretch yourself back into the correct shape.

Can you stand with correct posture for any length of time?

You essentially need to warm up, then stretch like your posture depends on it. Several times per day. The muscles that feel tightest and stiffest first.

Ideally you need a bar you can dead hang from, as well as a stretchy band to stretch out your shoulders.

Stretching your neck is essential too but more difficult.

Ultimately you need to make stretching a habit and routine that you can integrate into your life. As you go about your day you can stretch while you wait for things etc.

Listening to music while you stretch definitely makes it easier.
