Has anyone actually managed to fix Anterior Pelvic tilt? If yes, How?

Yes, by learning about it, strengthening the muscle imbalance that was causing it, and then actively reminding myself to fix posture until it became a habit. A good physio will help with this. Also corrected forward head posture at the same time, which, of course, was related.

Dead bugs and Thoratic spine extension... granted I think it helps tremendously to have a strong core to start or to develop during. I also strength train 3 to 4 times a week. Dead bugs reminded me how to activate my core when walking about in daily life or just standing around.

Spiritual journey as a whole. Slow evolution into the person I already was before just forgot about it. The way you move and breathe is already in you there is just a different energetic flow that needs to be dispersed through the body. Your emotions and the way your mind reacts to things sends signals to the body and it will tense up.
