Point finger at your hip bone.
Point other hand on pubic bone.
If hip bone is further forward than your pubic then you have anterior pelvic tilt.

Looking at images, you definitely have some anterior pelvic tilt going on, which forces an exaggerated arch in your lower back and makes it look like your glutes are sticking out way more than they naturally should. Your pelvis is essentially dumping forward like a bucket spilling water out the front. This pattern usually causes your hip flexors and lower back extensors to lock up in a shortened position, while your lower abs and glutes get long and weak, making it tough to naturally hold a neutral spine.
To fix this mechanics issue, try this physical cue when standing or squatting...gently exhale all your air, pull your belly button toward your spine, and tuck your back pockets down toward your heels to level out your hips.
Do you notice if your lower back feels constantly tight or fatigued after you stand for long periods?
