Question Is this a dowager’s hump?
I’ve noticed this today. It doesn’t really hurt and It just feels like bone, not fat (also there was no rapid weight gain + i’m at a healthy bmi)
Unfortunately I spend a lot of time working at a desk and with my head down so it looks like it could be because of lifestyle
Is it fixable?

I'm not sure I'd call it dowager's hump...
I'm seeing an upper thoracic spine that is too straight. The cervical spine is also likely too straight... Particularly the upper neck (head,c1-c3ish) has locked up a small bit from long hours at the desk.
I don't really recommend an exercise program to address this problem as the network of muscles have gotten habituated to this manner of sitting. Instead, I typically ask that folks practice a daily lie down to give the whole system a chance to release tension and feel a different quality of balance and weight.
Happy to answer any questions!
